Build the lair. Pack it tight. Unleash the army. Do it better next time. That is Packed Lair.

Heroes. Always barging in. Always swinging swords. Always acting like you’re the problem.

In Packed Lair, you play as an evil lord trying to defend your very valuable underground real estate from an endless parade of so-called heroes. Draft buildings, rotate them into place, and squeeze every last bit of evil efficiency out of your cramped lair to create a monster army capable of keeping those meddling do-gooders out for good.

Part Inventory Management, part Base Builder, part Roguelike Auto-Battler, Packed Lair is about squeezing maximum villainy out of limited floor space.

Game Features

  • Pack your lair, build your army: Your lair may be small, but your ambitions are not.Every building you place can create minions, produce gold, improve your army, or unlock new ways to scale your evil operation. The trick is finding where everything fits. Rotate buildings, connect them carefully, and discover powerful layout synergies that turn a messy cave into a perfectly packed engine of villainy.
  • Grow, dig, expand, repeat: Between battles, expand your lair, unlock new buildings, and adapt your strategy to whatever the heroes throw at you next. Each run gives you new buildings, new synergies to chase, and new opportunities to create the most absurdly efficient monster factory your tiny lair can contain.
  • Unleash the CHAOS: Once your lair is ready, it is time to let your minions do what minions do best: charge directly at the problem.Watch your goblins, shaman lizardmen, dragons and other questionable employees clash with waves of increasingly determined heroes. Your army fights automatically, but you are not just sitting back and hoping for the best. Cast different spells during battle to tip the odds, disrupt the enemy, and turn a heroic invasion into a heroic mistake.

Packed Lair will be available on PC via Steam later this year. Wishlist the game now and follow along on Discord or TikTok for the latest news and updates.
